Consumer product purchases are covered by our full Refund Policy and PulseMarkt Promise, which take precedence over this section for retail orders. In summary:

• Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund when unused and in original packaging
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery
• Eligible orders are additionally covered by the PulseMarkt Promise, which may issue account credit when an AI recommendation does not meet the described quality
• Non-returnable items (personalized, perishable, or opened intimate/sanitary goods) are listed on the Refund Policy page
• Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable for periods already elapsed; you may cancel future renewals at any time from your account

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code or content
• Misuse AI generation systems or APIs
